Registration and Enrollment


New Student Registration

Parents need to provide the following required documents to the school their student is zoned for.

1.    Child’s Legal Birth Certificate

2.    SC Certificate of Immunization

3.    Proof of Residency 

4.    Release for Records (form is available at the school)

Returning Student Registration

All returning students are required to register online and provide current proof of residency each academic year.

Register Online
Parents and guardians will receive a separate email for each individual student beginning in mid-July. The email will contain online registration instructions and a unique snapcode that is needed to begin the online registration process. In families with multiple students, each student will have a different snapcode.

If you have not received the email by the last week of July, please contact your student’s school to verify email contact information. If you do not have an email address on file, the school can provide you with the snapcode.

Proof of Residency
Beaufort County School District requires proof of residency for student enrollment before enrollment is considered complete. The Proof of Residency form needs to be taken to the school for verification.
